These hull identification numbers don't seem to follow the usual formats described at https://www.usps.org/national/safety/HIN/HIN.pdf but appear to be from 2006 and 2000. Therefore, they are well past 1984 when the scanned records end and 1995 when they stopped keeping records on paper.
