Come to think, I don’t think it’s an OT.
The scanned records stop shortly after 250000 around 1983 so we don't have any additional information available to share. This canoe should have a hull identification number on the starboard stern. The information at http://www.boatsafe.com/nauticalknowhow/hin.htm may help you interpret this information. An Old Town with this serial number would be circa 1995.
