I am restoring a wood & canvas canoe only serial number is on the stern stem #817. Canoe is 15 1/2 feet: cedar ribs; cedar planking, oak decks; oak outwales. No idea how old but looks like she has had one or two refits. Got it from a back yard sale no history.

If you can post some pictures here, many eyes will be happy to help identify your new canoe! Especially pictures of the decks, stem profiles, thwarts, inside the hull... the more different pictures you can post, the easier it is for the experts to figure it out.
