Old Town Sportboat

The Old Town with serial number 149826 is a 12 foot long, AA (or top) grade sport boat with red Western cedar planking, open mahogany gunwales, mahogany decks, spruce thwarts, spruce seats, half ribs, a keel, rowlocks, and the "stern opened a little." It was built between October and December, 1947. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on February 10th, 1948 to Port Chester, New York.
