Congratulations, the Old Town canoe with serial number 156879 is an 18 foot long, CS (Common Sense) grade, Guide model with red Western cedar planking, open spruce gunwales, and a keel. It was built between December, 1951 and May, 1952. The original exterior paint color was G. S. (Guide's Special) green. It was shipped on May 23rd, 1952 to Fenton, Michigan.
