I have an old canoe, that I am trying to get information on. It has been in our family since 1970 when it came with the purchase of an Adirondack Camp. The Camp was built 1900-1915. The canoe is in great shape. It is has white canvas with a dark green line and a kind of half arrow motif...if anyone out there has any information that'd be great! Thank you!

Welcome and congratulations, Old Town serial numbers don't contain letters so my guess is that you have a Penn Yan Owasco model that was made between 1948 and 1955. No detailed serial number records from Penn Yan are known to exist. The link below has more information about Penn Yan. Feel free to reply here if you have any other questions.
