Not a happy camper. What happened?

In the past I have purchased items from your WCHA store with no regrets. One example would be Roger MacGregor's 1995 reprint book called " Peterborough Canoes". These 6" x 9" books were nicely printed and bound. They made a great gift. Receintly I purchased the same books from the WCHA store. What I received were loose, unbound, poorly photo copied 8.5" x 11" sheets of Rogers book. Not what I paid for , not a nice gift. Real tacky! I could have done this myself on my home printer using an original book I have. What gives????????

I bought one 3 years ago, it was a super great quality reproduction, get a refund
