Need help with form ID

I recently acquired a form for for what the builder called a Chestnut Canoe. He didn't know the model. My measurements say 16' long, 36" wide, ~12+" center height, very little rocker along the center 8' of the hull and flat bottomed.

I attached a couple of photos.

Anybody know what this boat might be?
