Name that UFO

Here is another canoe in Wisconsin. Owner says its 13' x 34". I sincerely doubt the 13' part.

Straight ribs, single lobe deck, and covered with glass...... I keep telling myself that fiberglass was a wonder-material back in its day.....

Thoughts? Racine Chippewa?
