Is there a Mullins sponson canoe out there somewhere, and an owner willing to send me pictures and answer questions? The Mullins catalogs from the late 19-teens listed a single 17 foot model of wood/canvas canoe named the Charles River model which could be ordered with sponsons. How were those sponsons constructed, what were the materials used, and how were they attached? Did the sponson canoes come with the Mullins 'boyancy pads', which were float bags that fit into the points of the canoe, and what was in those 'pads'. This is for a bit of personal research. Thanks for the help, Tom McCloud
