Mama Rosa update….

DN is quite malty and not as overly hopped as is the SN.
Drift? Canoes and beer seem like a logical pairing.

I could chat all day about quality brews. A dipa from my favorite brewery and a new favorite hop, Nectaron. A New Zealand recently invented hop that has a melon profile. Pic on the old White coming together.

So Todd, about that rug.... I couldn't tap that bottle with such a fine label. Hope the shop is coming along . Let me know when you come back up.

It's all OK Chris . Mama Rosa wasn't even on the tracks but as I thought earlier and see now, you're not having any problem at all. In fact you are inadvertently conducting a seminar that displays quite clearly the wonder of these things, and what it does to and for us . Thanks for posting and I can't wait for the final pics.

Awwww, thanks men! All in good fun eh?! I will continue to post the “progress”. This is a great project that is teaching me new things. That, along as it’s unique history is what gets me going. No real value to others, but only to me, and that’s fine. Fun stuff!

That kind of sums up this entire hobby/sickness. There is always something to learn. Often the value to me is greater that anyone else and when you stand back and look at the finished work, it's fun. Time for a beer or a bourbon.
