What were you using to weave? Baskets look very nice. When do we sign up for workshops? I'm a pack basket weaver. I'm always up to learning how another person weaves.

The material is rattan. I wasn't happy when I heard that is what we would be using. Now that I am familiar with it, I am happy.

Rattan is a form of bamboo
It is what I use to make my baskets..As long as you remember to put the smooth side out it works great.

Size of reed?
Was it one inch by 1/2"? I use 3/4" by 3/8" or 1/4".
