Hi Wise people.
Looking for more info /possible maker and to sell in the UK.
I am asking on the request of a client for info on this one and if anyone would like to buy or has an idea of possible value please get in touch either here or on my website/by phone.
I'm guessing value us around £500 to 1K in current condition.Looks like in need of stripping refinishing.
I dont think it was canvassed but of course a close up under the gunwales or keel strip may reveal more.
Thwart tags look to have been removed and no numbers on stems so no clues to maker.
My guess is a Lakefield or Peterborough.
Believed bought in Canada in the 50s 60s but may have been second hand.
Dimensions as follows
L.14ft 11inches
Width 2 ft 5 and a half.
Depth 13 inches
Botton boards are 9ft 10 inches.
