Prior bad acts are the problem ... like when my Burleigh falls cedar strip was discovered in the finished basement disrupting childrens play area; I am now clearly in violation of the peace accord which distinguishes living area from my museum area (garage)
Sometimes I think the only way I get away with anything is the promise that one day something i drag home will get us on Antiques Roadshow in the winners circle...
