Help with identification of wood boat

Any idea about the boat maker that uses a name plate like this one?

That seems to be a hull identification number or HIN.
You can search them at
https://uscgboating.org/content/manufacturers-identification.php
Most manufacturers engraved or stamped them into the hull but not all. Wenonah for instances used metal plates.
I don't know when they first were required, maybe 70s or 80s?

Thank you for your reply. I visited the were and there are thousands of manufacturers. The boat is in New York so filtered the list for manufacturers
