Help in Old Town canoe repair

Here are some photos of damage to my canoe.

I would like some advice as how best to repair this damage without having to re-canvas is possible.

Also, I am unable to find the Keel Number. Can anyone assist me in correctly identifying this canoe. Based on other Old Town canoes, the structure of this one would appear to identify it as an Old Town canoe but i cannot find the Keel number.

It's time for a new canvas. It is not difficult at all. There are several threads here on how to do this.
