Welcome, the hull identification number confirms that it was made by Dan Lindrooth in September, 1986 for the 1989 model year. The information at https://uscgboating.org/content/manufacturers-identification-detail.php?id=8100 indicates that he was in business as Mobile Marine from 1985 to around 2004. The building at that address looks residential so it was probably home made. He may still answer the (215) 947-9731 phone number if you want to call it. It appears that there isn't much more information available.
