Help identify this craft

I have a beautiful galvanized steel, clinker-style, lapstrake rowboat most likely dating from the early 20th century. Gemini AI suggests it might be a Michigan Steel Boat or an W.H. Mullins product; however, I haven’t been able to find a match.

The boat is about 16’ with hollow compartments fire and aft, double oarlocks. No manufacturer’s plate. Originally found in a shed in Warrenton, VA in the 1970s.

Any suggestions? Apologies if this is the wrong area to post this question.

Here is a catalog page from the 1905 W.H. Mullins catalog showing the 16-foot pulling boat. It differs from yours in having ribs.
