PADDLE AND DISCOVER THE MYSTERY OF BEAUTIFUL ROCK LAKE ! ! !
LAUNCH TIME: NOON
TYRANENA BREWERY TOUR: 3:00
CHILI CONTEST AND BEER TASTING: 4:00
Gather at SANDY BEACH PARK launch.
directions:
if coming from the south on hwy 89, just after rounding the curve entering town, turn left on Sandy Beach Road. Go .5 miles to Sandy Beach Park on your right.
If coming from I-94, exit at the Lake mills Exit, Go South (left) Stop at the Stop sign, go straight, In town there is a second stop sign, continue straight one mile and turn right onto Sandy Beach Road. Go .5 miles to Sandy Beach Park.
There is no parking fee as it is after labor day
From the Launch to the Brewery:
Leave Sandy Beach Park, at the stop sign go left onto South Main Street. Go about one mile to the first stop sign. Go straight through town one block to the next stop sign. Turn right onto County a. Go one block and turn left which makes you stay on County A. Go one mile to County V. Turn right onto V (a.k.a. Tyranena Park Road) and go one block. Turn right onto Owen street.
The brewery will be on the right. Address: 1025 Owen st. Lake Mills, WI 53551
Park your vehicle and bring your crockpot of chili to the beer garden. Then gather in the lobby for the tour.
Our guide will give a walking brewery tour, share the history and beers of Tyranena.
Please fill out the form and bring it along to the chili contest.
Impartial judges will rank First, Second and Third Place.
Disposable eating ware and crackers/veggies will be provided.
Tyranena is not a restraunt this will be the only food to go with the beers we will be tasting.
Tables and Extension cords will be provided. Bring a serving spoon.
