GREAT deal on a war canoe

Loves Old Maine canoes
I looked at this canoe 6 months ago. It has issues but they all do. One deck is decked with plywood. Must be far end cause it looks good in the pic. Also has patched ribs but they can all be fixed!

For anyone who might be interested:
The Old Town canoe with serial number 90913 (given in the CL ad) is shown 25 feet long, CS (common sense) grade, war model, with western red cedar planking, open spruce gunwales, 30” birch decks, birch seats and thwarts, and fitted with outside stems, a keel and a floor rack. The canoe was built in 1926, being finished on June 10, 1926. The original exterior paint color was “w red.” It was shipped to Athol, Mass. June 12, 1926. A scan of this build record can be found by following the link behind the thumbnail image attached below.
This scan and several hundred thousand others were created with substantial grants from the Wooden Canoe Heritage Association (WCHA) and others.
