Today [ Nov. 10 '06 ] I received my Oct. '06 issue of Wooden Canoe which was post marked Oct. 3 '06. Normally this wouldn't matter except I was not able to cast a valid WCHA ballot which was required by Nov. 6 '06. How many of us western or Canadian members were unable to vote due to snail mail?

Well, just yesterday, Oct 20, did this issue arrive at home.

As for the voting, how does one decide between the candidates this year?
Maybe we should increase the number on the board?
