Does anyone know the canoe?

I would like to restore our family canoe and would be happy to find out what type of canoe it is. It comes from America (I live in Germany) and has been in our family since 1919. My grandfather bought it used at that time in Hildesheim. It is a canvas canoe, with the following dimensions:
length 16ft, width 33in, depth 14in. The pictures show the typical design feature of the boat.
It was damaged during the world war II and repaired by a local carpenter. For me it would also be very interesting to know whether modifications have been made during the repair.

Thank you for your help and Greetings from Germany
Joe

Welcome, my guess is that you may have an Old Town Otca model. The tips appear to have been repaired, the seat and thwart bolts have been replaced, and the slats on the floor were added. The link below may help you find the serial numbers (with some paint remover) which could confirm the builder. Good luck,

Benson
