The Chocorua Chapter has a visit to Rollin Thurlow's Northwoods Canoe and Jerry Stelmok's Island Falls Canoe shops set up for Saturday September 28, noon to 5 pm or so. Rollin and Jerry have both been very willing to open their shops up for us to tour. We currently have about 10 folks serious about making the trip, some staying overnight, some tackling it as a day trip.
We want to extend an invitation to the WCHA Northeast Chapter to attend the afternoon shop tour. We'll be starting at Rollin's at noon, then on to Jerry's by 3:00. At this time we don't have a limit on the number of folks who can attend, we are pretty open to anyone at this time. If the response is substantial we may have to get real about the number who can actually attend.
