Canoe Nut
Hi Everyone,
Peter and I will be at the Chicago Boat Show this Thursday the 16th through Monday 20th at McCormick Place on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan.
Peter will be showing his twin masted 16/30 sailing canoe Catawampus built by the late Danny Sutherland. I have attached an early setup picture of the canoe in the display for the Blackhawk Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society.
I will be interviewed on WGN TV Thursday morning to discuss the complete display and will be sure to plug the WCHA. I'll be passing out old copies of the Wooden Canoe and hope to drum up some membership.
