Cedarwood canoe

I own a Cedarwood Canoe made in New Brunswick; built on original Chestnut Factory Moulds. I would like to have more information about this canoe. The serial number is 151133CO101.

I’m going to do this from memory. I’m sure what I get wrong others will correct!.

When Chestnut folded, Carl Jones, a worker or foreman there, acquired some of the forms and started building on them under the brand Cedarwood. There’s a forum post here.

He built them great. What model it is I can’t tell. Take some measurements and post.

The Cederwoods I've seen (admittedly not many) had face grain wood for planking.
And most old canoes I've seen with face grain planking needed the planking replaced due to buckling.
