My canoe that I have not used for many years needs to have new canvas. I believe the age is from the fifties or older. The seats are cat gut not cane. It was purchased from an older gentleman who lived near Lindsay Ontario. My goal is to restore it so we can begin canoeing after years of sailing and power boating. For identifying the canoe, pictures would help a lot. The stem profile, decks, overall side view, seats, and the stems make for a great start. Is there a builder's mark anywhere, or serial number?
