Others will be along shortly with great fidelity but both sound like interesting canoes. Any pics?
 
Welcome, the Old Town canoe with serial number 137313 is a 17 foot long, CS (Common Sense or middle) grade, Otca model with open spruce gunwales, ash decks, ash thwarts, ash seats, and a keel. It was built between March and July, 1943. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on August 6th, 1943 to Lewiston, Maine.

The Old Town canoe with serial number 144635 is a 16 foot long, AA (or top) grade, Yankee model with open mahogany gunwales, mahogany decks, mahogany thwarts, mahogany seats, a keel, and a floor rack. It was built between March and June, 1946. The original exterior paint color was dark green. It shipped on June 24th, 1946 to Center Lovell, Maine.
