Anyone recognize this canoe house?

This is an excerpt from a glass plate negative. Presumably it is the Boston area, Charles River(?), circa 1918.

Anyone recognize it? I don't have any matches in my collection.

My guess is one of the Dedham boat clubs as shown on the right in the postcard at http://goulddiary.stanford.edu/gallery/pages/postcard-f.htm but I can't find a better image of it.
