2 Old Towns

I looked at two today. Serial numbers are hard to read on both. The first canoe looks like CS grade 18293 16 or it could be 18289 16 The last two of the five digits are hard to see.

the second canoe is AA mahogany trimmed and seats with probably 20 inch long mahogany decks. 19696 17 or 19686 17. best I could come up with. I should have taken photos. Thanks for any help. Both canoes in NY state.

I think that you will need some pictures or more information. Both 18293 and 18289 are 18 feet long. There are probably over 50 CS grade canoes in the 182xx range. The one with 19696 is 18 feet and 19686 is 16 feet so those aren't good matches either. There are no 17 foot long AA grade canoes in the 196x6 range. Sorry,
