Sorry about that - the usual problem of trying to see through a lot of old varnish. What about 143966 - 18? (It is and 18-footer, and it sure weighs more than 50 lbs)

That number looks better. 143966 appears on a 18' Guide in CS grade with ash seats, decks and thwarts. It also had half ribs and a keel. It was painted GS (Guide Special) Green and sold to Bulldog Camp, The Forks, Maine. There is a notation that it was taken on car - probably the customer picked it up at the factory on 4/26/46 A copy of the build record is attached.
