Hey, that's the closest number I've seen to my '26 HW Old Town. Mine is 88445. Someone will quickly reply with the specs on yours.
The build record for the Old Town canoe with serial number 88856 is for a four foot long model sign canoe that probably isn't the 17' canoe that you are asking about. Can you attach a picture of the serial numbers from each end or at least tell us which digit is the least clear. Thanks,
