Curious about Wooden Canoes
Request info on 155236 16 please. Not sure if it's Old Town, but the ser numbers on on the stem and there are a couple diamond heads left...

The Old Town canoe with serial number 155236 is a 16 foot long, CS grade, yankee model with open spruce gunwales and a keel. It was built between December, 1950 and May, 1951. The original exterior paint color was bright red enamel. It shipped on May 18th, 1951 to Holyoke, Massachusetts.
