Canoe nut
Benson,
A while back we tried to rack down the serial number of the 1944 Yankee that I had sold in 1992.
Yesterday I located the owner and saw the canoe - and got the serial number.
I was able to get the front of the build sheet, but I remember there being info on the back. (though I could be mistaken)
Any chance of getting a scan of the back?
When I sold him the canoe, I was unemployed and needed the cash - I gave him an original paddle with it.
Yesterday he gave me the paddle back.
Canoe is still in great shape, but I have no interest in getting her back. I covered hull with fiberglass in the early 80's.
Thanks,
Russ
