    I'm not sure but it look pretty cool. It resembles a Penn Yan that an acquaintance owns...but they all tend to have similar features, at least to my eye.

    Is it a Peterborough? I think they made strip built runabouts??

    Benson may be right. Located in Ontario/Quebec makes a Lakefield or Peterborough runabout seem probable.

    Another place to ask would be the Antique and Classic Boat Society. They have a very active Toronto chapter that know lots about the powered side of cedar strip watercraft.

    After closer inspection we have determined that it is indeed a Peterborough Comet.
