Heading into Marquette this morning-- on US41 in Michigan's Upper Peninsula-- I found myself behind a red Dodge SUV with a Wisconsin license plate, two wood/canvas canoes on top (one red/one green) and a WCHA decal in the rear window. I followed as long as I could but was on my way to work... bummer!
If that was YOU... please know you were traveling through our home territory, and we'd have loved to say "hi" and looked over your canoes!
