Waltham Ma sailing canoe? Anyone familiar with?

I have an old Waltham Ma sailing canoe that has been in our family for years. Looks to be circa 1900. My dad restored in the 60s and then fiberglassed http://forums.wcha.org/images/smilies/frown.pngand painted over ( not bad) in the 70s because it was leaking. I found the site because I was looking to determine the age of a 10 foot Old town dinghy I just purchased as a tender to my 1959 31' Egg Harbor Sport fisherman.
