Something different

David Satter

Wooden Canoe Maniac
Fun to work on something different once and a while. 7 foot plywood sailing dinghy. I think it was a yacht tender. It has mahogany floorboards and seats. Also has big bronze lifting rings that go in the bottom. Can't do anything about the checked plywood , just soaked it with penetrating epoxy before I painted. I'll put up another photo when finished. Kirby paints. Found its way here from Rock Hall Maryland.

Done. Not a fancy job, he just wants to teach his grandson to row.

It doesn't have to be a fancy job. If it gets a kid or two away from the electronics and outside then it has done it's job. Well done!
