I've been long, looking for a set of Robb's Sport Boat Plans !

his wife sells them robbwhite.com . I got a set a couple of months ago and he built it bottom side down than turned the boat over to finish. I drew plans so I can build it bottom side up. She doesn't take credit cards like in the old days you need to send a check and she mails them. I called her first a nice lady.

I too would build it upside down, from the shear to the keel.

Robb White passed away very suddenly a few years ago or so. He was the author of, "How to Build a Tin Canoe", which is a nice collection of stories about growing up and living in coastal Georgia. I recommend the audiobook narrated by Robb himself. He had a wonderful accent and really put feeling into the stories.
