Remembering Friends on New Year's Eve

Thought I'd take a second to remember a few paddlers to whom we've bid farewell in 2012. Apologize if I've missed some, feel free to amend.

Here's to Don Starkell, Danny Sutherland, Denis Kallery and Ralph Frese.
Many thanks to them for helping preserve and enjoy our wonderful pastime, along with the wide variety of other talents, interests and hobbies they shared with us.

Their enthusiasm and knowledge will be missed.
