Could I get the build record for my OT wood and canvas canoe 172830-16? My father and I purchased it in 1963 in Montana.

The Old Town canoe with serial number 172830 is a 16 foot long Otca model with a keel and sponsons. It was built between January and April, 1963. The original exterior paint color was brilliant green with a half inch black stripe edged in gold. This may have looked similar to the one shown at http://www.wcha.org/catalogs/old-town/designs/design47.gif (with green in place of the red) which was known as the design number 47. It shipped on April 4th, 1963 to Kalispell, Montana. A scan of this build record can be found by following the link at the thumbnail image attached below.
