Took the wife out for a local paddle to see how comfortable I could make her. Notice she isn't holding a paddle. She prefers to relax. It works out well between us actually.
She enjoyed herself and quickly recreated the reclining position we frequently see in old photos. I forgot the rugs and silk pillows. Then again she forgot the dowdy skirt and long sleeve shirt. Perhaps next time. We did see wonderful wading birds, wasp nests (plural), and lots of aquatic flowers.
Monet would have appreciated this spot.
