Identify lee board bracket

Treewater

Wooden Canoes are in the Blood
I can no longer find which canoe this lee board bracket came off. I thought it was Old Towne but it has a smaller screw pattern and is canted, does not put the lee boards in the water at a 90 degree angle. See photo. What did it come off?

Looks just like my OT brackets, but mine are not bent.

Someone my have "customized" it.

They could be a bit difficult to correct as they are cast aluminum.

Good luck,

Paul

I agree with Paul that it looks like a bent Old Town bracket. The screw patterns are not standard. (I learned this the hard way.) You appear to have one of the older ones that was cast in bronze before they started using aluminum. You might be able to bend it back to 90 degrees or use it as it is. Reproductions are available from Bob Lavertue of Springfield Fan Centerboard and other sources.
