Iceberg or Romaine?
Howdy--
Old Town 173504 is a 15 foot fifty-pound model, constructed between November 1963 and April 1964. It has half ribs and a keel and was painted "lettuce green", so keep it away from the rabbits! It was shipped April 24, 1964 to Herman Carlson of Ottumwa, Iowa.
There's less information on "later" build records such as this one... I'm not sure how to answer your question re the planking when the record doesn't specify "WC" for red Western cedar, or "MC" for Maine cedar. Benson or Dan, or someone else, will have to jump in with the final answer...
