Guide's Special Thwart Template

Does anyone have a template for an 18' guide's special center thwart? I bought mine without a center thwart and now I'm in the process of fixing it back up. If you don't have a template, would someone be able to trace their center thwart and get me the dimensions? Thanks for the help
