Also interesting are page 41 mentioning several builders (Gerrish, Carleton, Bussel, White and Morris) and page 118 with a Morris advertisement...

Good point, I found the list on page 41 but overlooked page 118 because I was searching for "canoe" and missed the boat (so to speak). It is also interesting how many ways Bussell was spelled (i.e. Buzzell, Russell, etc.) Thanks,
