Assembly Webcam

I setup a temporary webcam during the Assembly in 2014 as described at the first link below. The college now has a better one as shown at the second link below. It might be fun so capture pictures from this during the Assembly to make a time-lapse video. Can anyone suggest an easy program to save these images at some regular interval? (I'm not interested in writing something from scratch.) Thanks,

Some browsers require that you click the blue button on the bottom of the screen to have it display correctly. Have fun,
