"4 Bark Canoes"

1997 marked the high point of my canoe travels in the Canadian wilderness. Five paddlers spent 12 days fishing & camping; our vessels of choice were birchbark canoes. We faired just fine and had the time of our lives.

Megwetch to the "Great Spirit" for allowing us a safe journey back in time via the bark canoe.

That's probably the most birchbark canoes to gather in one place since the WCHA Assembly a few years ago. Ferdy is too modest to mention that he built three of those four canoes. Now that's awesome!
