20' white oak

I'm looking for some 20 foot long white oak for gunwales on my current project. any thoughts on where to get it?

I don't know....
Last time I used it I scarfed a couple of pieces from a 10' board that I got from a friend.

Check Bennett Hardwoods in Wausau. If you are in NW Wisconsin, check for hardwood suppliers in the Duluth and Minneapolis area.

I have 21' White Ash. I'd sell a couple of sticks if you want to stray from oak.
Ash has a similar appearance.

Would definitely be interested. would prefer to use oak, but if I cant come up with any it would be a nice alternative!
