1944 Old Town Guide 18’ – #140900

Hi, I’m looking for the build record for serial number 140900. It should be an 18’ Guide from 1944, probably CS grade. Thanks!

Welcome, the Old Town with serial number 140900 is an 18 foot long Guide model with open spruce gunwales, ash decks, ash thwarts, ash seats, a keel, and two painter rings. It was built between October and December, 1944. The exterior paint color was G.S. (Guide's Special) green. It shipped on May 7th, 1945 to Rangeley, Maine. A scan showing this build record can be found below.
