17' CS HW Old Town Canoe #134301

The Old Town canoe with serial number 134301 is a 17 foot long, CS (Common Sense or middle) grade, HW (heavy water) model with open spruce gunwales, ash decks, ash thwarts, ash seats, and a keel. It was built between December, 1941 and March, 1942. The original exterior paint color was light Yale blue. It shipped on April 16th, 1942 to Patterson, New Jersey.
